1. Who we are
Khalij Software ("we", "us") is a software development company based in Egypt. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Contact: sales@khalijsoftware.com.
2. What data we collect
- Contact and consultation requests: name, business email, company, country, phone/WhatsApp number (optional), the service and budget you select and your project description.
- Marketing attribution: the page you first landed on, the referring website and campaign parameters (such as
utm_source) — so we understand which channels bring enquiries. - Technical data: IP address and browser user agent, used for security and spam prevention.
- Newsletter: your email address and the date you subscribed.
- Analytics (only with your consent): anonymous usage statistics via Google Analytics and conversion measurement via Google Ads.
3. Why we use it and our legal basis

4. How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact unless we enter into a contract. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe; newsletter sign-ups are only activated after you confirm your email address (double opt-in). Anonymous records of your cookie choices (without your name or full IP address) are kept for 3 years to demonstrate consent.
5. International transfers
We are based in Egypt, outside the European Economic Area. Where personal data is transferred, we apply appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your data, the right to data portability and the right to withdraw consent at any time.
